Example 1: Customer uses 450 gallons. Fee is $25, which is the minimum charge.

Example 2: Customer uses 9,000 gallons. $25 for the first 1,000 gallons, $20 for the next 5,000 gallons, and $30 for the next 3,000 gallons for a total bill of $75.00.

Example 3: Customer uses 25,000 gallons. $25 for the first 1,000 gallons, $20 for the next 5,000 gallons, $40 for the next 4,000 gallons, and $450 for the next 15,000 gallons for a total bill of $535.00
