The Concan Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit utility that is owned by it’s members and administered by seven directors that are elected from and by the membership for three year terms. CWSC is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and is operated by a licensed technician. The water is pumped from seven alluvium wells located within our service area, and is filtered and purified at four processing plants.
